The powers and duties of each commodity board shall be to: (a) Elect a chairman and such other officers as it deems necessary; (b) Advise the Commission with respect to the administration of any marketing agreement or order; (c) Recommend to the Commission rules and regulations in connection with any agreement or order; (d) Advise the Commission on assessments provided by any agreement or order and on the collection, deposit, and disbursement of all moneys; (e) Assist the Commission in the collection of information and data as the Commission and the commodity board may deem necessary; (f) Administer and enforce the order or agreement as its administrative board if the Commission designate it to do so or if such is prescribed by the order or agreement; and (g) Perform such duties as the Commission may prescribe or which may be prescribed in the order or agreement.
