(A) Infectious waste must be transported in such a manner that the integrity of the waste containers is maintained and that occupational hazards are minimized. (B) No infectious waste may be received for transportation or transported into or within this State if it is not properly contained, identified, labeled, and manifested pursuant to department regulations.
