Any interest accruing on the Superb Account and the Superb Financial Responsibility Fund must be credited to each respective account. Effect of Amendment 2020 Act No. 120, SECTION 1, deleted the (A) designator, and deleted (B), which had related to the prospective abolition of the environmental interest fee and the use of residual funds for site rehabilitation.
