Any or all respondents shall have twenty days from the service of the order to show cause why the order should not become effective or the action dismissed. The following shall constitute good and sufficient grounds for dismissing the action, but without prejudice to the petitioner: (a) That in the discretion of the court, the imposition of the order would result in extreme hardship on the person due to some situation beyond his control. (b) That any one of the allegations set forth in the petition as required by SECTION 43-7-220 above is false.
