The Department on Aging shall prepare the budget for its operation which must be submitted to the Governor and to the General Assembly for approval. Effect of Amendment 2018 Act No. 261, SECTION 11, substituted "The Department on Aging" for "The division" and "Governor" and "Lieutenant Governor".
