A private employer who knowingly or intentionally employs an unauthorized alien violates the private employer's licenses. Effect of Amendment The 2011 amendment substituted "who knowingly or intentionally employs an unauthorized alien violates the private employer's licenses" for "shall not knowingly or intentionally employ an unauthorized alien".
