For the purpose of establishing and maintaining free public employment offices the division may enter into agreement with a political subdivision of this State or with a private nonprofit organization and as a part of such agreement the department may accept money, services, or quarters as a contribution to the unemployment compensation administration fund. Effect of Amendment The 2010 amendment substituted "department" for "Commission" following "such agreement the"; and made other nonsubstantive changes.
