The department shall report to the State Fiscal Accountability Authority and the Department of Administration in the same manner as is required generally for the submission of financial requirements for the ensuing year and the board shall include in its request for general appropriations presented to the General Assembly at its next regular session a statement of the amounts required for any replacement required by Section 41-33-460. Effect of Amendment The 2010 amendment substituted "department" for "Commission". The 2011 amendment made no apparent changes. Department of Employment and Workforce Special Administration Fund Effect of Amendment The 2011 amendment substituted "Department of Employment and Workforce" for "Employment Security".
