The State Treasurer shall be liable on his official bond for the faithful performance of his duties in connection with the unemployment compensation fund under Chapters 27 through 41 of this Title. All sums recovered for losses sustained by the fund shall be deposited therein. Department of Employment and Workforce Administration Fund Effect of Amendment The 2011 amendment substituted "Department of Employment and Workforce" for "Employment Security".
