Any clerk of court or register of deeds, as the case may be, or county treasurer shall be entitled to the fees provided in Section 14-19-100 for filing, enrolling, and satisfying a tax warrant or execution issued by the department. Effect of Amendment The 2010 amendment substituted "department" for "Commission" and made nonsubstantive changes.
