The department must: (A) print and make available for public distribution the text of Chapters 27 through 41 of this title and its: (1) regulations; (2) annual reports to the Governor and General Assembly; and (3) other material the department considers relevant and suitable; or (B) make the information required by subsection (A) available on its Internet website. Effect of Amendment The 2010 amendment rewrote this section to require the department to make certain materials available in print and on its internet web site. The 2011 amendment in subsection (A)(3), substituted "or" for "and"; and in subsection (B) substituted "make the information required by subsection (A) available" for "furnish this material to a person on request and make it available".
