The department may make the state's record relating to the administration of Chapters 27 through 41 of this title available to the Railroad Retirement Board and may furnish the Railroad Retirement Board, at the board's expense, copies of this record as the Railroad Retirement Board considers necessary for its purposes. The department may afford reasonable cooperation with an agency of the United States charged with the administration of an unemployment insurance law. Effect of Amendment The 2010 amendment substituted "department" for two occurrences of "Commission"; and made other nonsubstantive changes.
