The department may request the Comptroller of the Currency of the United States to cause an examination of the correctness of a return or report of a national banking association rendered pursuant to the provisions of Chapters 27 through 41 of this title, and may in connection with this request transmit this report or return it to the Comptroller of the Currency of the United States as provided in Section 3305(c) of the federal Internal Revenue Code. Effect of Amendment The 2010 amendment substituted "department" for "Commission"; and made other nonsubstantive changes.
