(a) The Division shall issue regulations not inconsistent with the provisions of this chapter for the administration and enforcement of this chapter and shall prescribe forms which shall be issued in connection therewith. (b) All fees collected under the provisions of this chapter shall be paid to the Treasurer of the State of South Carolina.
