A license issued pursuant to this chapter may be renewed biennially or as otherwise provided by the board and department. A person who has not demonstrated continuing education, as required by this article, is not eligible for issuance or renewal of an authorization to practice. Effect of Amendment 2019 Act No. 32, SECTION 2, reenacted the section with no apparent change.
