(A) The Department of Labor, Licensing and Regulation shall provide all administrative, fiscal, investigative, inspectional, clerical, secretarial, and license renewal operations and activities of the board in accordance with Section 40-1-50. (B) The board shall establish fees in regulation. (C) The board may direct applicants to pay an examination fee directly to a third party who has contracted to administer the examination. (D) Fees are nonrefundable and may be prorated in order to comply with a biennial schedule.
