(A) An individual who, after a hearing, shall be found by the board to have unlawfully engaged in the practice of pharmacy is subject to a fine to be imposed by the board not to exceed an amount set by the board in regulation for each offense. (B) Each violation of this chapter or the regulations promulgated under this chapter pertaining to unlawfully engaging in the practice of pharmacy shall also constitute a misdemeanor and, upon conviction, is punishable as provided in Section 40-1-210.
