(A) The board has jurisdiction over the actions committed or omitted by current and former licensees during the entire period of licensure. (B) The board has jurisdiction to act on any matter which arose prior to any licensee's period of licensure by the board where the matter reflects upon the licensee's fitness to practice in this State.
