The board may initiate proceedings under this article on its own motion or on the complaint of a person, and the procedures provided in Article 1 for these proceedings are applicable and binding in procedures under this article. Effect of Amendment 2022 Act No. 174, SECTION 1, reenacted the section with no apparent change.
