The South Carolina Board of Accountancy shall examine, license, and discipline accounting practitioners. The board may charge a reasonable fee for examinations, not exceeding the fee charged for certified public accountants' examinations. Effect of Amendment 2022 Act No. 174, SECTION 1, reenacted the section with no apparent change.
