The practice of funeral service may be engaged in only at a licensed establishment. A licensed funeral director shall make arrangements with clients and must be at the place of the funeral and committal services. Editor's Note Prior Laws:1983 Act No. 146, SECTION 1; 1976 Code SECTION 40-19-110.
