The Commissioner of Agriculture may apply to a court of competent jurisdiction for a restraining order or temporary or permanent injunction restraining a person from violating this chapter. Effect of Amendment The 1994 amendment substituted "Commissioner of Agriculture may" for "Commissioner is authorized to" and added "restraining order or " before "temporary".
