In addition to the declarations required by Section 39-9-160, a package being one of a lot containing random weights of the same commodity, when it is offered or exposed for sale at retail, must bear on the outside of the package a plain and conspicuous declaration of the price for each kilogram or pound and the total selling price of the package. Effect of Amendment The 1994 amendment rewrote this section.
