The Administrator shall administer this chapter and may promulgate regulations, subject to Act 176 of 1977 (the Administrative Procedures Act) necessary to carry out its provisions. Editor's Note The Administrative Procedure Act is codified as SECTIONS 1-23-10 et seq.
