The Commissioner of Agriculture is charged with the enforcement of this chapter and is authorized to promulgate regulations necessary to carry out its provisions and purposes. Effect of Amendment The 1994 amendment revised this section, substituting "chapter" for "article." The 2005 amendment reprinted this section with no apparent change.
