A "warehouseman" within the meaning of this article shall mean a person operating a warehouse for the sale of leaf tobacco, whether such person be the owner or lessee of such warehouse. Editor's Note State Warehouse System, and regulation of warehouses, see SECTION 39-22-10 et seq.
