Whoever violates any of the provisions of Section 39-15-20 or Section 39-15-30 shall, upon conviction, be subject to a fine not exceeding one hundred dollars for each offense or be imprisoned in the county jail for not more than thirty days. Agricultural or Horticultural Brands or Marks
