Each public weighmaster shall pay a registration fee of five dollars to the Department of Agriculture for the privilege of operating in the locality of his principal place of business. All employees designated by a registered and approved public weighmaster also are covered under the provisions of this chapter. Effect of Amendment The 2010 amendment rewrote this section.
