The director may promulgate and, from time to time, amend rules and regulations and issue orders or written approvals relating to captive insurance companies as are necessary to enable the director to carry out the provisions of this chapter. Effect of Amendment 2018 Act No. 251, SECTION 1, inserted "or written approvals" following "and issue orders".
