Every advisory organization shall file with the department: (1) a copy of its constitution, its articles of agreement or association or certificate of incorporation, and its bylaws, rules, and regulations governing its activities; (2) a list of its members; (3) the name and address of a resident of this State upon whom notices or orders of the director or his designee or process issued at his discretion may be served; (4) an agreement that the director or his designee may examine the advisory organization in accordance with the provisions of Section 38-73-90.
