South Carolina Code § 38-53-55

Contact with victim violations.

When a person engaged in electronic monitoring of a defendant charged with a violent offense as defined by Section 16-1-60 becomes aware that the defendant has had contact with the alleged victim of the violent offense or with the immediate family of the alleged victim of the violent offense, he must immediately or within twenty-four hours, notify law enforcement, the solicitor, and the court having jurisdiction over the defendant of the contact.
