The revenue collected from the broker's premium tax rate imposed pursuant to the provisions of Sections 38-45-20(5), 38-45-30(4), and 38-45-190, must be credited to a special earmarked fund, distinct from the general fund, and expended only for the purposes provided in this chapter. Code Commissioner's Note At the direction of the Code Commissioner, the reference to "38-45-30(6)" was corrected to reference "38-45-30(4)" to reflect the amendment of Section 38-45-30 by 2016 Act No. 194.
