Except as otherwise provided, the Administrative Procedures Act applies to and governs all administrative action taken pursuant to this chapter or the Part on Supervised Loans (Part 5) of the chapter on Loans (Chapter 3). Effect of Amendment 2016 Act No. 244, SECTION 9, substituted "the Administrative Procedures Act" for "the Part on Administrative Procedure and Judicial Review (Part 4) of this chapter".
