(A) The commissioner may promulgate regulations necessary to effectuate the purposes of this chapter. (B) For the purpose of participating in the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System and Registry, the commissioner may waive or modify, in whole or in part, by rule, regulation, or order, any or all of the requirements of this chapter and establish new requirements as reasonably necessary to participate in the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System and Registry. (C) For the purposes of implementing an orderly and efficient licensing process, the commissioner may establish licensing rules or regulations and interim procedures for licensing and acceptance of applications. For previously registered or licensed individuals, the commissioner may establish expedited reviews, expedited licensing procedures, and grandfather provisions.
