The Commissioner may promulgate and amend regulations or issue orders necessary to carry out the purposes of this chapter in order to provide for the protection of the public and to assist licensees in interpreting and complying with this chapter. Effect of Amendment 2024 Act No. 218, SECTION 1, substituted "Commissioner" for "commissioner".
