(A) The board is authorized to examine and investigate everything relating to the business of a state savings bank or its holding company. (B) The board shall furnish a copy of the report to the state savings bank examined and, upon request, may furnish a copy of, or excerpts from, the report to the insurer of accounts. (C) A state savings bank may not wilfully delay or obstruct an examination. A person failing to comply with this subsection is guilty of a misdemeanor. (D) A person who possesses or controls books, accounts, or papers of a state savings bank shall not refuse to exhibit them to the board or the board's agents on demand, or knowingly or willingly make a false statement in regard to them. A person failing to comply with this subsection is guilty of a misdemeanor.
