(A) Special meetings of members or stockholders of a state savings bank may be called by the president or the board of directors or by other officers or persons as provided for in the articles of incorporation or bylaws of the savings bank. Special meetings must be held for such purpose as specified by the board of directors. (B) Notice of a special meeting of members or stockholders must be given in the same manner as an annual meeting as provided by Section 34-30-1060.
