The statements referred to in Section 34-3-380 shall be sent to the State Board of Financial Institutions within thirty days of the statement date requested and shall be in such form as may be required by the board. Any bank which fails to report within the time given, without excuse given to the board, shall be subject to a fine of ten dollars a day for each day's delay, collectible by the board in any court of competent jurisdiction. Effect of Amendment The 1995 amendment revised the date the reports must be submitted, deleted the reference to SECTION 34-3-400, and substituted "State Board of Financial Institutions" for "State Board of Bank Control".
