(a) No licensee shall conduct the business of making loans under this chapter within any office, room or place of business in which any other business is solicited or engaged in, or in association or conjunction therewith, if the Board shall find, after a hearing, that the conduct of such business by the licensee concealed evasions of this chapter or of the rules and regulations made hereunder, and shall order such licensee in writing to desist from such conduct. (b) No licensee shall make any loan provided for by this chapter under any name other than that stated in the license.
