(a) The Secretary of State shall charge ten dollars for filing any document required to be filed pursuant to this chapter. This charge shall include the cost of sending to the person requesting the filing, or that person's designee, a duplicate copy of the document submitted with the original showing the date of filing. (b) In all other cases of requests for copies of documents filed pursuant to this chapter, the Secretary of State shall charge one dollar for the first page, fifty cents for each additional page, and two dollars for furnishing a certificate under seal.
