Membership in the corporation must be for the duration of the corporation; provided, that upon written notice given to the corporation three years in advance a member may withdraw from membership in the corporation at the expiration date of the notice. Effect of Amendment 2015 Act No. 60, SECTION 1, substituted "must be" for "shall be", and substituted "the notice" for "such notice".
