Nothing in Sections 33-31-150, 33-31-151, 62-7-405(f), and 62-7-405(g) impairs the rights and powers of the courts or the Attorney General of this State with respect to a corporation. Effect of Amendment The 2005 amendment substituted "62-7-405(f), and 62-7-405(g)" for "62-7-506, and 62-7-507".
