This chapter does not modify, abridge, or repeal any provision of Chapter 55, Title 39. This chapter applies only to preneed funeral contracts sold by funeral homes licensed in this State and their licensed directors. Effect of Amendment The 2009 amendment made nonsubstantive changes.
