The Director of the Division of General Services may delegate such power and authority as he deems reasonable and proper for the effective administration of this chapter. The Department of Administration may require bond of any person in the employ of the Division of General Services receiving or distributing property from the United States under authority of this chapter. Effect of Amendment 2014 Act No. 121, SECTION 7.H, substituted "Department of Administration" for "State Budget and Control Board".
