For purposes of this article: (1) "Committee" means the Domestic Violence Advisory Committee. (2) "Household member" means a household member as defined in Section 16-25-10. (3) "Meeting" means both in-person meetings and meetings through telephone conferencing. (4) "Provider of medical care" means a licensed health care practitioner who provides, or a licensed health care facility through which is provided, medical evaluation or treatment, including dental and mental health evaluation or treatment. (5) "Working day" means Monday through Friday, excluding official state holidays.
