The courts of the sixth judicial circuit shall be held for a term of one week, unless otherwise specified, as hereinafter provided. (1) Chester County. - The court of general sessions for the county of Chester shall be held at Chester on the second Monday in January, on the first Monday in March, the third Monday in June and the second Monday in October. The court of common pleas for the county shall be held at Chester the third Monday in February, the second Monday in April, the fourth Monday in May, the fourth Monday in September and the first Monday in December. (2) Fairfield County. - The court of general sessions for Fairfield County shall be held at Winnsboro on the fourth Monday in January, the second Monday in June, the Tuesday following the first Monday in September, and on the first Monday in November. The court of common pleas for the county shall be held at Winnsboro on the second Monday in March, the third Monday in May, the first Monday in October and the fourth Monday in November. (3) Lancaster County. - The court of general sessions for Lancaster County shall be held at Lancaster on the first Monday in February for a two-week term, the fourth Monday in April, the third Monday in September and the second Monday in November for a two-week term. The court of common pleas shall be held in Lancaster beginning on the third Monday in January, the third Monday in March, the first Monday in April, the second Monday in May, the second Monday in September, the fourth Monday in October and the second Monday in December.
