South Carolina Code § 14-3-360

Three justices must concur to reverse a judgment.

In all cases decided by the Supreme Court the concurrence of three of the justices shall be necessary for a reversal of the judgment below, subject to the provisions of Sections 14-3-370 and 14-3-380.
