The following terms, when used in this article, shall have the following meanings unless the context clearly requires otherwise: (1) "Director" means the Director for the Division of Savannah Valley Development. (2) "Division" means the Division of Savannah Valley Development. (3) "Secretary" means the Secretary of Commerce.
