In all respects except as otherwise prescribed by Section 12-39-190, the department may prescribe the types of acceptable format for county duplicates as may seem most convenient for the public and county auditors. Effect of Amendment 2015 Act No. 87, SECTION 27, substituted "the types of acceptable format" for "forms", and deleted "shall conform to those forms" from the end.
