This chapter does not apply to a procurement or contract valued at ten thousand dollars or less. Editor's Note 2015 Act No. 63, SECTION 5, provides as follows: "SECTION 5. This act takes effect upon approval by the Governor and does not apply to contracts entered into before the effective date of this act." Effect of Amendment 2015 Act No. 63, SECTION 3, substituted "ten thousand" for "one thousand".
